Cette composition cubiste diachronique nous montre une journée dans le quartier San Marco. Remarqué pour ses œuvres cubistes, Grégoire Mathias a développé le diachronisme qui consiste à montrer plusieurs moments d’un temps donné.
L’artiste réalise actuellement les affiches pour la WFUNA – ONU. (voir photo 3)

Grégoire Mathias is the inventor of diachronic cubism. A new branch of cubism which explores both landscapes, situations and above all the notion of time. These works are both a decomposition of subjects, lights and a defined time. It should be noted that since 2020 the artist has produced UN posters via WFUNA, and that he is the first French artist to produce works for the association after Picasso, Chagall, Miro and Vasarely.
